To clarify, are you using the Price by Formula Calculator for WooCommerce extension by Plugify advertised on this page?

Make sure you log in with the email used to purchase the extension and select it from the dropdown list so that the query ends up in the right queue.

Thanks i have done this and they are asking for my Log in Credentials obviously i can’t give them for security reasons sounds very dodgy.
