Price format error on shipping rates
-
Hello,
Currently the Product Feed Pro plugin is showing our shipping rates in the following format:
CAD 6.74
See this example: https://cloudup.com/cmxfsLngfoLI think Google Merchant Centre now wants it to look like this:
6.74 CAD
With the country currency after the price
We are getting this error: https://cloudup.com/cAQhm6Jg6Rc
It says “Invalid price format [price (sub-attribute of [shipping])]”
When I click on “Learn More” it shows this: https://cloudup.com/c3KS7UHX1h8
There is a line that says “Type Number plus currency (use ISO 4217)” and then it shows examples this way. Here is a URL to their guidelines that I found: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6324371?hl=en
I can’t figure out what it wants other than the country currency code to go after the price.
When we format shipping rates in Google Merchant Centre settings, it does not give any other option except to format the price like so:
CA$6.00
In fact, it automatically uses the above format, there is no way to enter anything except numbers.
I looked in the Woocommerce and Product Feed Pro settings to see where this is formatted and I can’t figure it out.
I was able to change the item price format by moving the prefix of ‘CAD’ to the suffix on the price. The result is this: https://cloudup.com/cWJy9LTeujx
I was not able to find where to format the shipping price. It is not in our source code on our product pages (so not in schema), and not available to change in WooCommerce settings (that I could find).
Can you tell me how this can be fixed?
Thank you
