    Site: fairinachengjewellery.com
    Page: fairinachengjewellery.com/shop/

I am having issues getting my Woocommerce price filter to work. When I select a price range and click Filter, it shows “No products were found matching your selection” even though there are definitely relevant products available.

The URL it goes to is: https://fairinachengjewellery.com/shop/?min_price=&max_price= which doesn’t have any min and max values set for price.

I have tested it on Firefox and Chrome on two separate Macs and am seeing the same issue. However strangely enough, it seems to work on Safari!

The values are not updating in the form. I think this may be theme related. Can you do a quick test with another active?

Unfortunately I can’t change it to a different theme. I have done a Live Preview with Twenty Fifteen and am getting a fatal error message. Is there another way to test it?

It would be a temporary change…

I cannot debug a premium theme for you so maybe you can install it on a different WP install to do testing if you’re not willing to switch on this site.

Thanks Mike, I have raised this with the theme developers and they don’t seem to think it’s a theme issue. However I’ll go back to them to check again!

Really you should confirm the issue yourself before doing that in case it’s not. Switching themes takes you a small amount of time.

Hi Mike, just gave it a go and visited https://www.fairinachengjewellery.com/shop/. However a price filter bar wasn’t displayed with 2015 activated. I can send you a screen shot of the page if that will help.

I notice text/rocketscript in the source. Caching might be affecting your test.

Hi Mike, that is definitely it. I have the Rocketloader option enabled on Cloudflare and when I turn it off, the issue goes away. I’ll speak to Cloudflare to resolve it. Thank you for your assistance.
