Price filter not added

    Hi,

    I’ve added the PRICE filter to my already created Category Product filter.

    So now, I have PRODUCT, PRICE, CATEGORIES in my template.
    Still PRODUCT and CATEGORIES appear.

    I’ve cleared WP-Rocket cache and server cache.
    I use DIVI Theme.

    An idea please ?

    Hi,

    If the Filter is saved with Price filter in it and it is still not showing, then it is most likely a cache issue, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear server cache (if you can’t do it or don’t have access to it). If the issue persists after clearing the server-side cache, please contact us via email at [email protected], so we can investigate the issue further on your site.

    It works now, I think I didn’t had set correctly the minimum price.

    Another question : what if we have products over 2799€ which seems to be the maximum price the plugin finds ?

    Hi,

    The plugin finds all products that are publicly published, so it will show the price based on the least expensive to the most expensive product, automatically.
