    Hello again,

Price filter has some issues. When newly loaded it shows correct pricing but when you try to change the slider the upper level goes to 10,000,000. Anything I am doing wrong?

    Thanks.

For the price filter to work correctly, you need to make sure you enter a price for every product and that you’re only using numbers in the price field and no other characters.

Are you using commas in your price like that? If so, then can you test it without commas, to see if it makes a difference? Perhaps there’s a conflict there.

Thank you. I had removed commas but still did not work but when I deleted the product that had removed commas it worked. All good.

I too am having this same problem but since I hadn’t check this feature in some time I cannot be sure which product out of 227 may have had an incorrect price syntax at one time… all items are priced correctly now but slider still not working. Is there a way to reset this feature without deleting all products?

    Hi @jscottgreen1957,

Could you send us the URL to your catalogue page?

We have turned the price filter off for now because my customer wants to be able to use non-number characters in this field if he wants customers to “Call for Pricing”. Although it would be great to have the option to use this field for other content besides numbers when necessary. “Call for Pricing”, “$40 Per Hour”…etc. I have noticed also that sorting by “price” with pagination turned on only sorts the products on each page of results.

    Hi @jscottgreen1957

In regards to your suggestion, we’ve noted this as a feature request and will discuss the viability of implementing it in a future update.

I started a new catalogue and all prices no , and no dots but still having same issue. I did find a workaround by adding custom fields. https://www.iffl.com.au/gia-certified-loose-diamonds/
So will close this topic. Thank you.
