Price filter always selected

  • Hi,
    I just installed your plugin on one of my websites: I created Selected filters area, Price filter and a Category filter. But every time I visit Archive pages, Price filter is always pre-selected (values depending on products on that archive), and even if I click on “Unselect all”, Price filter always remains selected.
    Is there a way to avoid this? Maybe I’m missing some configuration?

    Hello @axlandco,

    It seems some incompatibility with other plugin or some custom code.
    Please try to disable other plugins and change theme to WordPress default.

    I think it could be a matter of filter additional configuration options.

    If I set “Custom minimum price” with value of 0, the filter is always selected when I first load the shop page. And it remains selected even if I unselect all. With this configuration I tried even to deactivate all plugins (Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce, Elementor and WooCommerce the only ones activated), and deleting all custom code in functions.php file of my Hello Elementor child theme, but the issue persisted.

    If I leave Custom minimum price blank, then the filter is not always selected: the range starts with the minimum of the products prices, and is triggered only if you narrow down this range.

    I don’t know if it’s a wanted behavior or not, I just wonder if there’s a way to have “0” as minimum value, but the filter not always selected.
