We have used “storewide sale” on the WooCommerce shop to make a bulk discount on all products except an outlet landing page were the prices have been lowered manually.

So why is the price drop in % only showing on the manually lowered discount prices, and not on all the other products were the prices has been lowered using “storewide sale”? Is there any way to make it work?

    Thank you in advance!

    Claus

  • Hi Claus,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Are you using some sort of discount plugin to achieve the “storewide sale”? If so, changes are that it is not compatible with our plugin.

We have made our plugin (only) compatible with this discount plugin:
WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts from RightPress

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

We have now bought and installed WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts that you wrote earlier was compatible with your Google Shopping plugin, and it still not is showing price drop in %, and it also dosen′t show the discount prices in the Google Shopping ads even though we have both sale price and regular price included in the mapping.

Can you please help out so we can make it work?

    Thank you!

    Hi Eva,

Okay, a little bad to make us think that buying the plugin “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts from RightPress” would solve the problem which was my topic to begin with.

Now we then bought that plugin, and then you give a link that says it happens automatically?

    You wrote misleading this:

“Are you using some sort of discount plugin to achieve the “storewide sale”? If so, changes are that it is not compatible with our plugin.

    Hi Claus,

Nowhere I suggested you should get that plugin, we are not even related to it. I was merely asking if you were using a plugin to calculate the sale prices in WooCommerce because if you did then the sale prices that ended up in your product feed might not have been correct and therefor the price-drop might not show in Google Shopping. It is up to you of-course to check if the sale prices in your feed matches the sale prices on your website.

I assumed that the sale price in your feed was not correct and indicated that we have only made our plugin compatible with a specific discount plugin in-case you needed to switch from your current discount plugin to another.

Anyhow, most plugin companies have a generous refund policy so you might try getting your money back with them.

    All the best,
    Eva
