I have the free version installed to test and it crosses out the retail price and says ‘Wholesale price:’ but there is not price visible after that. I have entered it into each of the product variant wholesale price fields within the product.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Troy,

Are you able to right click on the “Wholesale Price:” part and then click “Inspect” (most browsers have this, but use chrome if yours doesn’t).

I’d like you to check to see if the price is actually in the code, but just hidden with CSS or something.

If you like, you can open this inspector, expand all the bits and then take a screenshot and share with https://snag.gy (or similar).

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Troy,

    Thanks for the screenshots.

Could you please make sure that you were right-clicking the “Wholesale Price:” text and then click “Inspect”? Seems it didn’t capture the correct element, so I can’t see if the correct CSS is applied or not.

Also, have you tried to reproduce the issue on one of the WordPress’ stock themes (like Twenty Seventeen) with other plugins deactivated? If it disappears, then you can activate the theme and plugins one by one to see which one causes the issue. It’s possible that one of your plugins or themes has a conflict and hides the wholesale price.

If the issue persists, could you please create temporary admin credentials and send it to [email protected]? That way we can check your setup and find the issue easily. Please don’t forget to mention that you were talking to me on www.remarpro.com support forums and include the link to this topic.

    Thanks,

    Hi Troy,

To make the inspection going smoothly, could you please send temporary admin credentials to [email protected]? That way we can check your setup and do some tests on your site. But don’t forget to backup your site first, just in case.

If you’re afraid to share the credentials to your live site, you can always create a staging/development site and provide the credentials to that site instead. That way I can do some tests without affecting your live site.

Like I said before, please don’t forget to mention that you were talking to me on www.remarpro.com support forums, include the link to this topic, and ask to pass the issue to me.

For now, I’ll mark this topic as resolved as we will continue this conversation via email instead.

    Thanks,
    Okky

I just sent an email with a temp admin login.

And what was the outcome of this?
