Price Displayed at $1
-
On Products with their prices listed over $999 the price is being displayed as $1 the only temporary fix I have found for this issue was to click update on the product and then it displays the correct pricing.
Any ideas or possible solutions to this issue.

Hey there ??
Thanks for reaching out!
It seems products priced over $999 are being displayed as $1 and the only way to resolve this is to click update on the product, correct?
Please can you clarify the following:
- Is this a new issue that recently surfaced? If so, do you recall any updates/changes made to the site or server before this first popped up?
- Is this issue happening on already existing products with prices set over $999, or does this occur when adding new products priced above $999 (or perhaps both)?
- Are the prices not reflecting correctly on the backend, the front end, or both?
Also, to better understand what you are experiencing, can you please share clear screenshots of where the price is reflecting $1 rather than its set price of over $999?
If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots.
Lastly, can you please share a copy of the following:
- System Status Report: you can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system report
and thenDownload for Support
. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here. - Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Cheers!
Hello Roxy,
This is Aries,
Attached is a link for an error log from our website, I couldn’t find the Get system report button through WooCommerce -> Status,https://jmp.sh/s/faF3pxqSPeREUat3qBm0
Also,
This is mainly happening on both the front end and back end of things on our website in terms of pricing, I believe this happened after we updated WooCommerce, The prices don’t revert to their actual price until we hit update on the product.
Here is an Example belowHey Aries!
Thanks for sharing that. It looks like the error log may be incomplete on my end, here is what I see when viewing the link:

Gotcha! And does this happen with all products above $999, or only specific products? If the latter, are there any similarities with these products (other than the price being above $999)?
Out of curiosity, does this occur with products below $999 at all?
It’s possible that this may be the cause of a theme/plugin conflict but before suggesting a full conflict test, I’d like to take a closer look at your sites current environment.
couldn’t find the Get system report button through WooCommerce -> Status,
Hmm, can you please share a screenshot of what you currently see when navigating to WooCommerce →?Status. Are you seeing something different to the screenshot below?
If you are not seeing the same on your end, can you see if using a different browser makes any difference?
Looking forward to your response!

Reply: It only occurs with products above $999, no real similarities other than pricing.Hmm, can you please share a screenshot of what you currently see when navigating to WooCommerce → Status. Are you seeing something different to the screenshot below?
Reply: Using another browser doesn’t change the result, this is what I’m seeing, same issue for downloading logs.
Hey, @ariverea!
Thanks for sharing the screenshot.
From the screenshot I see you have Woo 8.5.1, can you please update it to the newest version and see if anything changes?
If the issues continue, please run a conflict test.
To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.
If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.
— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
— Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
You can find more about this in this guide.
Please let us know about your findings.
Looking forward to your reply.
Have a wonderful day!
Howdy ??
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.
