    Hi,
    Why are the prices displayed as exclusive of taxes (HT) instead of all taxes included (TTC)? (French taxes)

    The configuration in WooCommerce is correct but I don’t know why there is this display different in the prices.

    Another question :
    The “save change” button in the “Product sync” configuration does not work. Nothing is saved.

    The configuration in WooCommerce is correct but I don’t know why there is this display different in the prices.

    First, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

    Also, could you send a screenshot of your sites tax settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL into your reply.

    Finally, can you run through this document real quick to make sure a simple configuration change is not needed?

    The “save change” button in the “Product sync” configuration does not work. Nothing is saved

    Which setting are you trying to change specifically? What happens if you try to turn sync off, Save Changes, then turn it back on, and Save Changes again? Does that work?

    It could be this bug:

    Thank you for that additional information!

    From the screenshot of your tax settings, there are two factors here contributing to your product prices in Facebook showing as exclusive of taxes (HT). Specifically:

    1. Prices are entered exclusive of tax, and
    2. Tax is calculated based on the customer’s address

    This is explained in the link Adam provided earlier but, basically, what’s happening is that, since the Facebook extension doesn’t have a customer address to base tax calculations on, it syncs prices without taxes.

    As a workaround, you can try:

    • Entering prices inclusive of tax
    • Calculating tax based on your shop’s address

    The most annoying is not being able to save the changes in the “Product Sync” tab
