Price Comparison doesn’t work

    I’m building a price comparison website with product from Flipkart, Snapdeal & Amazon India stores. I have added some products from both networks/merchants plus have the amazon api configured. I have followed all the steps in the installation guide, still I don’t see any comparison on the product page. site- marketshelf.in
    product- Samsung Galaxy A3 (16gb, Champagne Gold)

    Sounds like you are not using the proper Amazon API keys. You can test the keys you entered here: https://associates-amazon.s3.amazonaws.com/scratchpad/index.html

    If they don’t work on Amazon’s scratchpad, this is why your Comparison Sets are not loading. You’ll need to get proper working Amazon API keys and then update your keys here WordPress Admin Area > Datafeedr API > Configuration before your Comparison Sets will work.

    In the meantime, you can go here WordPress Admin Area > Datafeedr API > Comparison Sets and select “No” under “Query Amazon”. That will disable Amazon and should force your Comparison Sets to work again.

    Thanks for the Amazon scratchpad Eric. You were right the secret access key was a old one. Now it shows the comparison prices. I have couple of other Qs where can I contact datafeedr support for the same? I’m starting to love this plugin. ??
