i use product bundels in different ways.

When i have one main product e.g (2-3 times) with one optional product. The price of the cheapest option is shown in the product catalogue.

Eg one main item cost 320€ + a second bundle item for 80€

Both products are required. the main option cannot even be changed. but it shows the 80€ in the catalogue. The calculation in the product view is correct.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jukl0815,

Thank you for selecting our plugin.

    We regret any inconvenience caused.

In the case where the bundle price is dynamically calculated rather than fixed, each item in the bundle must have a default product assigned to enable the system to calculate the initial price accurately. If any item within the bundle lacks a default product, the initial price calculation won’t be possible.

If you prefer not to assign a default product to each bundle item, you have the option to utilize the custom price field to set a specific price, for instance, starting from $320.

Within the plugin settings, there is an option to specify how the dynamically calculated price should be displayed on both the product and product archive pages. This option is labeled as “Product bundle price on shop page” in the plugin settings.

I trust this information proves helpful.

    Best Regards

Thank you very much for your message.

Yes, we saw the option in settings. We actually want to show the smalles possible option. (Range would be great too, but this is not supported)

i want to point out, that we used a default product! We tried multiple options. One default product or default products for each additional bundle item.

But still, the main item (with a default product) is not shown (added to the calculation)

Please provide us with the following information so we can review it:

    • Screenshots of your product configuration, including the general tab if you are using the main product price. Screenshots of item configurations are also required.
    • A screenshot of the plugin settings page.
    • The pricing details, including the current price and the valid price.
    • A link to the product page on your website.

    Best Regards
