• For a while now sometimes i see that prices on the website say for example 100 euro including vat and 100 euro ex vat while it should be 121 euro including vat and 100 euro ex vat.

When i delete the cache the problem is solved but the problem comes back after a while. I just updated the plugin from 0.9.9 to the latest version and i see in the changelog of 0.9.9 ‘to clear cache when regular price of woocommerce is updated’ so maybe something is wrong with that?

this is an expected result. a page is saved as a static html file when it is cached. the Vat information should be loaded via Ajax request.

So then before it is cached a problem must have existed what results in a cached version that has 100 incl vat and 100 excl vat?

Because normally a cached version of a page has the price as ‘100 euro excluding vat, 121 euro including cat’.

I did not understand you. you need to be sure that the vat system is compatible with cache plugins or not.

I have the same problem. How can you fix this?

there is no solution on the cache plugins side.

Sorry for the late reply but just came across this problem again. But is it possible to setup a rule that the price field never get cached or something? I’m still thinking about buying the premium version but now i’m not sure because of this problem that i did not noticed with other caching plugins.

@nortom Did you find a solution? Do you use a plugin for vat? I use WooCommerce EU/UK VAT Compliance by David Anderson…
