Price based on settings being ignored

When a user places an order (or updates the checkout fields), WooCommerce stores the billing and shipping address in the session (cookie).
The next time the user visits the page (even if the user is logged in), WooCommerce updates the user’s billing and shipping address with the data stored in the session.
So when “Price Based on Country” gets the billing country from the WooCommerce user, it gets the US and displays the prices for this country.

Thanks Oscar, the billing address does not change though when this error occurs? Sometimes my customers ship to the US but mostly they ship to the UK. They are UK based so the billing country does not change, only the shipping country when they need to order to the US. If the billing country is always the same, the WooCommerce cookie should not impact the pricing rules if it is set to look at the Billing Country – unless I have misunderstood?

In our tests, if the option “Price based on” is “billing country, ” changing the shipping country does not affect the pricing zone.
