Price Auto Dissapear

    Hi, im using astra theme for my website. This ia a multilingual e-commerce website, there’s english version and chinese version. I’m having issue with either english or chinese version shop page the price will automatically dissapeared. I have to check everyday and update it myself in order for the price to show up again.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi there!

    If you’re convinced it’s the theme, it would be best to reach out to the theme’s support for help. If you’re not sure, I can suggest doing a conflict test.

    A conflict test will disrupt your live site, so if your site is live already, it’s best to set up a staging site to do it on.

    This doc will guide you through the process, which will help you narrow down where exactly the issue is coming from, and thus point you in the right direction for finding a solution:

    If the issue still happens even with only WooCommerce and a default theme active, we can look further. In that case, let us know how to recreate the issue, or point us to where we can see it in action.
