After syncing 274 products to my Facebook, 111 of these are appearing with ‘0’ as the price.

I’ve tried resyncing, deactivating and reactivating, but still no joy.

    Can anyone help?

Edit: To add to this, going in to Products > Edit in WooCommerce and simply clicking ‘update’ will create a variant in my shop with the correct price.

Hey @schaltonmulveys – were your products imported in bulk, by any chance?

    Hi,

Yes, I excluded any categories that I didn’t want to sync and then selected ‘sync products’.

    Hi @schaltonmulveys,

Please double-check from the WooCommerce dashboard if there are any settings you missed for the products with 0 price.

If you want to share screenshots, I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL(s) in your reply.
You can simply drag the image and drop it to generate a link to share.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

This is marked as solved. A third-party plugin had created a number of variations in the backend which was confusing the sync. Deleted all orphaned variations and resynced – working fine now.
