I set regular price to 5948,69 but in frontend and checkout i see 5948,00…
Unless the product price was 5948,00 before you changed it to 5948,69 then it won’t be a transient thing as @serafinnyc mentioned.
If you create a brand new Simple product and set the price as 5948,69 and when you publish it, it shows on the front-end as 5948,00 then something is controlling the price display and rounding down the price.
It is interesting that the price is being rounded down rather than up but what might be happening is the price is being clipped with woocommerce_price_trim_zeros but the zeros are being shown?
The page you linked to isn’t returning anything now so I’m unable to check further.
