Prev/Next Post in same category

  • I would like to set the Prev Post and Next Post oval buttons at the bottom of each post to only list posts within that particular category. Does anyone know how that might be done?

  • My solution would be to set up a blank Page for each Category. Then point to each Page using the Appearance>Menus item using the Category panel.

    If you don’t see the Panel, click on Screen Options and check the Category.

    This Page will then filter all your Category posts and so the Prev/Next links will be for a Category.
