Prev/Next instead of Play/Pause

Hi, this is more of a feature request rather than any problem.
Like a true slider, is it possible to replace Play/ Pause with Prev/Next. All testimonials are not of same length and with Prev/Next user has control over the transition rather than wait for it to happen…
