Previously working but refresh populates no posts, help?

I was previously using this plugin successfully to populate posts from 3+ different Network site into a sitewide “search” page.

However, when some of the posts started populating with unusual redirects I removed all the content from the search sub-site and attempted to re-run MU Tags Populate, however I immediately get the following message: “Finished importing posts into tags blogs!” and the following error in my console, no posts are being populated in the tags page anymore.

“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – https://***hiddenforsecurity***/wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=sitewidetags&action=populateblogs&_wpnonce=8db866e790&_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fnetwork%2Fsettings.php%3Fpage%3Dsitewidetags&populate_blog=1”

I have made sure php_value max_execution_time is appropriately high, but still no luck. I’ve also tried re-installing, deactivating all plug-ins and checked to see if Network Settings properly update (they do). I’m stumped.
