I find the view from your screenshot unusual. I can’t find the displayed text in WordPress or in the additional Health Check plugin. What exactly did you call where the message can be seen? The answer would be important to be able to judge the message.

I still can’t find the text in wordpress or the additional plugin. I guess you have another plugin in use, which makes an additional test here and therefore shows you this result. Since I do not know which plugin displays this text, I can not judge what is the cause.

Can you install normal plugin and theme updates? Do you have any error messages anywhere else in general?
