did you check the images are still on the folders(Upload is the name of the folder under wp-content folder)?

The problem is that the database still has the old web address in the links to images, this was fine so long as the name was working.
Easiest solution is to do a search replace on the database.

FIRST get a backup of the database as it is.

Then use a plugin: Brocken Link Check:

To make sure all the images are in place. Some consider that broken link checker is a squanderous parasite on server resources, so maybe only run it once, which will tell you all you need to know.

I backed up my database. How often do you do this? When you run into problems like this or once a month?

The images are still in the folders and when I do a search in media for the same file it does come up with a url for the current site wanderpopins.com so it is showing correctly there.

Will try the search and replace on database now.

Rather than any schedule, I snapshot databases whenever there has been a big enough change. Try to never loose more work than I am prepared to recreate.
