    Hi,

    Just installed the plugin with the WooCommerce add-on. The plugin looks perfect for what we need.

    We have reviews on the site, however, after activating ‘Site Reviews’ we no longer have the old reviews some are WooCommerce and others are YITH ones.
    How can we ensure these reviews are still visible after activating Site Reviews?

    The Woocommerce Reviews add-on for Site Reviews completely replaces the built-in Woocommerce comment-based reviews with the reviews from Site Reviews.

    If you need to import your old Woocommerce reviews into Site Reviews, you will need to first export them. You could try using the WordPress Comments Import & Export plugin to export the old Woocommerce review comments to a CSV file.

    Once you have a CSV file, use the provided “Import Third Party Reviews” tool (on the Site Reviews > Tools page).

    You will also need to first modify the CSV file to that the column names match the column names required by the “Import Third Party Reviews”.
