Previous page in comments section bugged

Hi. I noticed this problem with my blog. I have a post that has many comments so they are separated in comment pages. There is a “previous” button on the bottom that opens the previous page of comments. However, there’s a bug. When I press the “previous” button, instead of going to the previous comments page, it just scrolls to the top of the comments and stays in the same comment page.

When I hover over the “previous” button, it shows “website . com/comment-page-8/#comments” for example, which is correct, but clicking “Previous” just scrolls up and doesn’t go to the link. Manually typing in the link works, but clicking on the “Previous” button does not go to the link. Does anyone know how to fix this?
