previous order regenerating

  • When an order is placed on the site, another order is automatically reduplicated. for example, an order(Order 5) for product A and B was placed an hour ago. Now every new order placed triggers order 5 to be duplicated again. So lets say now I’m ordering product C, I will get an email that product c was ordered. Then right after that I will get an email that product A and B was ordered again.

    Then for the receipts, I get a receipt that shows a $0 charge, for the A and B order, but the pricing is off.

    I’m not sure what’s going on. Do I need to clear a stuck order or something?

  • Hi,

    Did you update any plugins? If so, that will duplicate that order product if someone was placing the same order at the same time updated.

    I did earlier in the day, but it has been happening for hours now. I tried to do multiple orders since then and everyone reverts back to that one order and one receipt.
