Just a quick thought: Have you limited the number of posts per page and also made that number of posts sticky?

    Yeah its 10 per page.
What do you mean made it sticky though?

A sticky post is one that is always at the top of all other posts, to see if a post is sticky, check the post in the posts admin page (Dashboard>All Posts), hover over a post, click ‘quick edit’ and see if the checkbox for ‘Make this post sticky’ is checked. Also review if your theme or any plugins are causing this.

    Nope, none of them are.

    anyone, please…

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
