Previous Logo Flashing

I seem to be having this problem when using the ‘Slide’ transition setting with this plugin. A logo will slide away and the next logo will appear, but for a brief second the previous logo flashes behind the new logo. Sometimes this is not visible, because the next logo is a lot larger than the previous logo. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
