  • Hi robin_dean have you tried to test a different theme. Lets say one of WordPress default themes? If that does not work then try to disable all plugins except this one and see what happens. If it works then enable one plugin at a time until you find the conflicting plugin or plugins.

I appreciate your effort (and intend for this response to make you laugh just a little) but your suggestion aims to send me from New York to New Jersey by way of China.

I looked into Chrome’s developer panel under javascripts and it would seem that no errors are being thrown. This suggests to me that an “else return;” or “else return false;” exists, amounting to no result or null behavior.

    Anyone else?

    Sorry for my reply ??

I have tested this function on a few websites and on my production server and my testing server this function well for me. That is why I suggested testing a different theme just in case it is theme problem or a testing your plugins.

    Kind regards

    Hey,

Your response is better than nothing … so I thank you ??

Still, I ask: are you scrolling to the slideshow on my page and do you get the same result when you click the left arrow?

Hi, I can’t get to your gallery. Can you post the exact URL to the gallery.

    Thank you

The link and instructions are in my initial post.

Hi, I followed your instructions above but I don’t see any slideshow. I do see images but no slideshow.

It’s there. Do an in-page text search for “Everything’s Ready” and it’s right below that. It only makes use of right/left arrows over top of the images.

    You’re basically looking for this:

Hi, I did manage to find another slideshow on your website. Yes you do have a problem with your left button. I am sure it is a JavaScript conflict or similar. Can you carry out the request I made at reply number 2.

    Thank you

It’s a high traffic site that’s theme dependent, so I think I’ll not do that and instead ask:

Does anyone know of any conflicts with this slideshow plugin and the Genesis theme + it’s sub-themes?

Even more important: point me to a website where I can see proof that the left button has EVER worked.

Hi robin_dean have you tested the latest version?
