previous entries page link broken

If you change to the “Default” theme, does it have the same problem?

What is the code for the next/prev link in your template?
Also, do you have some special rewrite rule in your .htaccess file? Because, even if I try to put manually the correct code: https://www.suburbanette.net/?paged=2
it gets redirected to the main page.
BTW, the address where the code wants to send you is incorrect:

When I updated permalinks it gave me the following code that I have to manually insert into the .htaccess file

I guess that’s an old code you are using there…

No, the .htaccess file is the same for everybody ??

And I have to revise my previous statement… the link created by the code is fine, sorry. However, if you are using the default permalink structure you don’t need a .htaccess. file!

I just thought of something, I have a plugin called Permalink Redirect that ensures that pages and entries are always accessed via the permalink. Otherwise, a 301 redirect will be issued. I deactived that and it fixed the problem.
