This issue can happen from two reasons:
- The place where you published our slider has its left side covered by a transparent element.
- There is a plugin/theme or custom code, that modifies our codes.
Do you see the issue in the admin area too, at the Preview of the slider? If yes, then please send me an export of your slider:

If the problem would be caused by another code, usually optimization plugins are messing up our sliders, so if you have any caching/optimization plugins, you should turn them off.
If that won’t help, is your website live? If it is, please send me a link to your slider, where we can see the issue!
