Hi. I have a problem with scrolling slides. The previous arrow does not work. Only scrolling to the next is possible.

    Hi @cudowianka!

This issue can happen from two reasons:

    1. The place where you published our slider has its left side covered by a transparent element.
    2. There is a plugin/theme or custom code, that modifies our codes.

Do you see the issue in the admin area too, at the Preview of the slider? If yes, then please send me an export of your slider:

If the problem would be caused by another code, usually optimization plugins are messing up our sliders, so if you have any caching/optimization plugins, you should turn them off.

If that won’t help, is your website live? If it is, please send me a link to your slider, where we can see the issue!

If the website is not live, then Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin can help you figure out the source of the issue:

The previous arrow is visible but not functional. I disabled the optimization plugin. Unfortunately the problem is still there. I am sending a link to the page: https://bi365.pl/

The problem is caused by this image you placed with Elementor, that you have next to the “Raporty” title. That element is as wide as your screen is, and it is rotated 90°, so its lower half is rotated in front of our slider. You should edit that element in Elementor, to ensure it won’t have such a big height (or rather width, just rotated), and that would solve the issue.
