Previosuly working feeds are empty now

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with an empty feed.

Are you sure the feed is empty or are you looking at a cached version of an (empty) old product feed?

I’ve went through the items on the list you gave me, Im afraid none of the issues are related.

I actually didnt touch the plugin, and settings, and the feeds just when blank suddenly (other feeds are working properly for now).

I’ve played with different configurations, it seems that previously functioning filters, are no longer working.
I’m using Dokan multi-vendor which adds to each product different author/vendor.
For example, some products have vendor-67 as meta, (or author).
Until now, the feed generator could read them properly, when i remove those filters, i get all the products in my website generated. When i add them i get none:

What are the taxonomies for that plugin?

they add vendor taxonomy, which is based by author.
for example: each product that uses author 67, will be signed with vendor-67.

We have just pushed out a new release of our plugin, version 7.1.0, that adds support for taxonomies that start with ‘vendor’. Since we don’t have the Dokan plugin installed ourselves this was not possible for us to test. Could you update the plugin and give it a try?

Here i’ve been testing the xml feed with price filter, and it does work:

the strange thing is some XML have been properly generated before, and some arent working. When i restart the process, nothing really happens.

So it seems the taxonomy of that attribute actually starts with dokan (as in dokan-vendor) and not with vendor. That’s probably why it didn’t work. Can you try updating to version 7.1.1. and give it another shot?
