    I want you to try submitting an advertisement – give this a go and see the stop-point. Preview is all it will allow for the person submitting an ad. It does not go to checkout. I have completely configured WooCommerce. Disengaged all the WPAdvert payment options (other than Woocommerce). I think if we can get an ad paid for, then we will receive notification emails.

    When the ad-submission gets to preview, it’s in an unappetizing vertical column layout that would dissuade anyone from proceeding further.

    But most importantly, why does the ad submission stop at the Preview page with no further mechanism for proceeding to payment gateway for the advertisement?

    Standing by and thank you,
    LJ

    Hi, there seems to be some kind of fatal error on site, you will need to open file wp-config.php add there a line

    define( "WP_DEBUG", true );

    and try posting an Ad again, now aside of the half-rendered page you should also see an actual error message at the bottom of the page. The error message you can copy and paste here i should be able to help then.

    It looks like you have Google Analytics add-on enabled but not configured, you will need to either configure it as explained here https://wpadverts.com/documentation/google-analytics-integration-paid-addon/ or disable it.

    Greg –

    This seems to have straightened it out nicely. I would leave your reply visible, but would you delete the error message above so that our backend information is not visible.

    I can now move forward with styling the presentation and configuring the remaining parts of the ads and emails etc.

    Again thank you for your prompt and excellent customer support ??

    Sure, i will try asking a moderator to remove the sensitive data (i cannot really do this myself).

    I’m sorry, but there’s nothing in that post that is sensitive or provides any risk, that includes the directory and filenames. Editing is only done in extreme cases and that post does not qualify.
