    My main page has preview photos that are the same as the post they link to. I am not sure what happened, but more than 50% of them got extremely pixelated.

    I use the Twenty Twenty theme and Themify. I also use Smush to resize the photos.

    Any help would be extremely welcome!

  • Hello Mike,

    Can you please help me with which image you feel is pixelated? So I can check that in detail and revert back to you.

    Waiting for your reply to support you further on this.

    Thank you!

    Thanks.

    There are multiple images. Go to the main page of my site and scroll down. You will notice about half of the preview images are fine and the rest, going all the way to the footer, are not.

    I can’t seem to be able to attach a screenshot, otherwise you could see it.

    Hello @thecoachmike,

    I can see that the images which are pixelated are converted to .svg from .jpg. Please check that does any plugins or js will affect this.

    From developers tool if you change the extension of pixelated image than it is coming proper.

    @varshil151189 Thanks.

    Figured it out. I have no idea why svg would be a problem, but I unchecked that as an option in the Smush plugin to upload and that was all it took! I wonder why Smush does that?

    I appreciate you looking at that. I know more now than I did earlier this week!
