Preview or product pages lead to Post page

Hi. Can you help to check why whenever I update our products, upon saving I am redirected to the Posts page, and the updates I created is not saved.
Also, whenever I click on Preview Changes, I am redirected to the Posts page.

We may be able to help if you could be provided as much information as possible. Your question is not possible to be answered as written. At a minimum, please provide the site URL and folks here could take a look.
Also, since WP does not provide ‘Product pages’ please consult the method (which is not part of WP core), such as the in use ecommerce method.
