Preview Option only works when Notification is Enable

    I am only able to preview the notification when it’s enabled. This defeats the purpose of the preview option. Please advise if there is a step I’ve missed. Thanks.

    that does work but the notification is also published to the live site.

    when preview is enabled the notification is also on the live site. Not just on the preview URL.

    The bar is only visible for that single session when preview is enabled.
