preview on backend is not identical from end user design

  • dear support team,

    I have a problem on the display of the final product once purchased by the enduser, the position of the text is not fitting what the end user has drawn. the size of the text is shiffted on the top and a bit crushed…as I’m not able to generate a PDF (I need to purchase your plugin first) I don’t know if it comes from a problem on the preview or something else…
