Preview of posts, cant click on links

  • The archives page uses excerpts instead of displaying the post content. When WordPress uses the_excerpt it doesn’t parse links like it does when the_content is used. This is why you aren’t getting live links on the archives page.

    To change this you need to go into the editor and find whichever file is used to display your archives pages. Once you’ve found it you will need to find the text the_excerpt() and replace it with the text the_content().

    I got it to work BUT now im getting two(!!!!) thumbnails for every post, this is only in the archives pages.

    Got it to work, i removed the insert thumbnail row in the editor. Thanks for the help!
