    Hello,

The preview of the Cookie declaration on our Cookiebot account shows the possibiity for the user to “Change your consent” | “Withdraw your consent”. The documentation on https://www.cookiebot.com/en/cookie-declaration/ does the same.

However when I create a page on my site with our Cookie Policy, generated by <script id=”CookieDeclaration” data-culture=”EN” src=”https://consent.cookiebot.com/xxxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/cd.js&#8221; type=”text/javascript” async></script> gives the user only the possibility to “Change your consent” and thus not to “Withdraw your consent”.

How can I have both options available in my page ?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Best Regards,

    Divado

  • Hey Davido,

The plugin works just fine. When you have not accepted any cookies than the link “Withdraw your consent” is not visible, because there is nothing available to withdraw.

When you accept “statistics” for example than the link appears and when you click it, it will remove all your consent and disappear again.

    Regards,
    Martin
