Preview no longer has device choices

Ever since the latest update, when I preview a story I don’t have the device previews anymore– it just shows me the desktop version of the story. Is this something I have to seek out or a setting I can toggle, because it was quite helpful as sometimes text wraps on different devices when I don’t want it to.
