Preview Mode

    I’ve setup a campaign and installed it on my Facebook page. It appears to be working but when the “tab” that it creates is viewed on Facebook, it states:

    “Warning! Your are running the campaign as preview mode, Please click here to access the live version”

    1 – The grammar needs to be fixed. You are, not Your are.

    2 – When I click to view the “live” version, it works. So, why does my page default to showing the “preview” version?

    Hi seattlecajun,
    1- Thanks for pointing this out. Customer feedback is very valuable for us . I will get this fixed ASAP.

    2. Since you are viewing the page as an ‘Admin’ of the page, you see the preview mode. Public will see the live version as they are not the admin of the page. Preview mode is a facility to help Page admins with ‘previewing’ the campaign and making any changes.
