    Hi @bayrealexperts ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please let us know what is your WordPress version, PHP version, and plugin version?

And what editor are you using? Gutenberg, Classic Editor or Elementor?

Please let us know so that we can understand the situation.

    Thanks.

I checked the link you gave. The shortcode is applied successfully but there is no js file loaded from wpvr on the frontend. You have to do a conflict test by deactivating other plugins. Or you may send us the list of plugin and theme you are using.

I disabled the plugin Autoptimize, and a grey box loaded on page with controls, but no scene.
I next had to shut the auto-load scene feature off to have it prompt to load on page.
If it’s possible to resolve the conflict with Autoptimize – that would be great. Thanks for your help.

Could be due to CSS or JS optimization in Autoptimize, try to identify which one by disabling (and re-enabling) CSS optimization and then JS optimization. once you know that you’ll have to look into which CSS- or JS-file to exclude from optimization to fix.

AO’s FAQ has more info on troubleshooting and how to exclude.

    hope this helps,

    Thanks Frank.
In Autoptimize, I disabled Optimize JavaScript Code and it loaded as expected.
If someone or (@rextheme) can help me identify the script to add to the exclusion list, I’d be very grateful. ??

    plugins/wpvr/ could work, maybe?

Thanks again frank. That appears to have resolved the issue. I’ll leave the thread open another day or so in case the developer wants to post an update or any other comments.
