Preview in Content Views is correct, but page is not

Hi, in the preview Content Views is correct – I want to display the date and author. However, on the live page (with shortcode), it is displaying date and categories.
I’ve Ctrl-F5 and cleared the cache in WP.
Is there something else I should be doing?
