    Hello we have been using the free plugin for about a month now. Recently the preview screen on the video changed to a image of a cassette tape and not the actual video preview. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    Thanks for contacting us! Sorry to hear about this issue you’ve been experiencing with the YouTube plugin. Please try going to WordPress Dashboard > YouTube Feed > All Feeds > (click name or pencil icon to edit feed) > Settings > Advanced, enable Load iFrames on Page Load, and Save the feed. After this, go to WordPress Dashboard > YouTube Feed > Settings > Feeds and click Clear All Caches. If you are using site caching, please clear this as well.

    If the steps above do not resolve the problem, please send us a support request here and include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings, and we’ll be happy to investigate this further.
