Preview & Icons not showing

    Just realized, the icons are showing in Chrome, but not in Safari. They are showing up on my phone in Safari though….

    We have tested this in Safari on desktop and iOS and cannot reproduce this issue. Here are two thoughts on why it might not be working:

    1. None of the buttons are enabled by default, so make sure you enable all the buttons you want and then click the save button.

    2. Even though very old versions of Safari should not have a problem displaying the stock icons, I am curious as to what version of Safari you are currently running, as this could be a contributing factor.

    Please respond to this thread if you are still having trouble.

    My OSD social share is working fine to share but when I share from my website. The thumbnail preview never shows up. Please help because i am trying to work more from my site. I tried sharing to google and facebook.

    We are pretty sure it is Facebook’s scraper that is having problems. If you provide us a URL to your website, we can do some further research. You can either post it here or email us at [email protected].
