Preview – Error Status: 404 (Not Found)

Hi,

I’m struggling to get our Preview function to work with Box View. Whenever I change the settings to ‘Use Box Document Preview’ I get the Error Status: 404 (Not Found) message.

I’ve regenerated the Box View Key, but that doesn’t make a difference. I’ve also checked and unchecked the Disable Third Party Includes, but that just either disables the whole drop-down menu or gives me the same error message

Any suggestions of what else I can try?
