    Hi

    When making an informational pop-up the preview doesn’t work. I set a standard WP theme and tried in several browsers, but the preview doesn’t show. https://postimg.cc/BPQbHcDt

    Can someone help me solving this issue? Thank you

    Hope you’re doing well today! I am sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with Hustle.

    I tested this on my lab site with an informational popup and the preview worked just fine. This could mean that the issue could be related to your specific site.

    Could you please confirm if it was working fine in the past? Or if you noticed the issue after installing or updating anything specific on your site?

    Additionally, such issues could occur due to possible conflicts on your site, to further narrow down the issue could you please make a full backup of the site (just as a safety checkpoint) deactivate all plugins except Hustle and check if the preview works fine? If yes, that would confirm that the issue could be due to a plugin conflict.

    You can further enable each plugin one at a time until you replicate the issue. The last plugin you activate before replicating the issue is the conflicting plugin. Please let us know how it goes.

    In case the issue is still replicated after deactivating all the plugins, could you please share a screenshot if there are any console errors reported on the Web Inspector?

    To check this, you can “right-click” on the Hustle popup backend page >> Click on Console (as in the screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/xYDb4oAe5SFy4o1wtRPUnj2HwBxjGD) and then click on “preview button” and share a screenshot if there are any errors reported. This will help us to check more about the issue in the correct direction.
