Preview Does Not Render

I have installed the PrintFriendly plugin, and when I click the green button on a page, I get the following messages, but the page does not render. Cookies are enabled for my site, so I don’t know why the plugin thinks they’re not. I’ve also disabled ad blocking for this site/page.

URL above is to a private site, so it won’t get you in to try it yourself. I’ve had identical results with Mac Safari, Chrome, Firefox.

Any ideas of what to try next?
