    I can’t figure out how to get the popup to go live. After I build it—and all my settings are correct (so far as I can tell), including choosing the pages where it should appear—I hit “preview,” and I get nothing. I publish it to go live, and I get nothing. I’m totally at my wit’s end. Please help.

    Can you create and publish new pages and posts on that site?

    Yes! No problems there.

    @jaredatrogue

    If you’re using the Click Open Trigger, make sure you have used 1 of 5 methods to trigger the popup on the front end so that it will show up when you click the item that triggers it.

    If this doesn’t work, give us a link and what has to be done to trigger the popup, and we’ll investigate the issue.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for the reply. No, I’m not using the click open trigger—I just want it to appear 3 seconds after the page loads. It’s supposed to be at gorogue.net.

    Thanks for your help. I look forward to getting this resolved.

    It doesn’t appear the popup is loading on the page at all – what are the conditions you have setup that you mentioned in the first post?

    I have it set to appear on all posts and all pages. I even added an extra that specifies the home page, just in case. I’ve tried a dozen combinations and ways to trigger it. I also have the trigger as “auto open” with 0 delay (after trying 3000 ms, 1500 ms, and others). It’s set on the default theme.

    @jaredatrogue

    Sorry you’re having so much difficulties, I’m sure we’ll get this worked out!

    I will have the Lead Dev @danieliser look into this as soon as he is available.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Any movement on this? I’m dying over here. Everything looks legit, and when I hit preview, it just sends me to gorogue.net/wp-admin/post.php. I have tripled checked everything I can think of, and I’m wondering if I just don’t understand that i need a cookie, or i need to define the specific height/width instead of choosing “medium 60%”.

    I appreciate your time and consideration.

    @jaredatrogue

    Apologies for the delay, I’ve pm’ed the Lead Dev @danieliser directly regarding this issue.

    Thank you for your patience.

    @jaredatrogue – Sorry for the delay, just to confirm I read you have the following conditions:

    On all posts AND On all pages AND On the home page.

    If that is correct you just need to change to use OR rather than AND.

    The conditions each checked against the page/content being loaded. IE You visit page xyz, that page is checked against your conditions. Since a page cannot both be a page AND a post you can see why that wouldn’t work.

    A page can however be a page OR a post.

    I have been playing with new labeling for the conditions editor. It will likely be changed to this very soon.

    ( ! ) button will be changed to a button labeled “Is”, and when you click it it will say “Not”.

    Then I will add this above the editor.

    Show the popup if the the current page/content:

    Is A Page OR Is a Post AND Not Post 123.

    Hope that makes since and hope the new labeling will make it more intuitive. Love to hear thoughts on the new labels before I go making changes.

    @danieliser Thank you very much! That got it to appear. Now I have one more issue: it’s not floating on the page—-I can scroll right past it. Any fix there?

    (@danieliser)

    @jaredatrogue – Enable Fixed Position under the popups Display Settings. Hope that helps.

    Please take a moment to click that it Works and to rate and review the plugin or support.
