Preview and add media doesn't work

  • I’m not able to preview when i write posts or edit pages. Neither can i add media.
    Is this a woo-problem??
    I use the Swatch Theme and WooDojo.

    Please help

  • You’d need to ask Woo – though one way to test is to switch to the default twentytwelve theme with no plugins active to see if you have the same issue.

    “problem” is that one have to buy one of their themes, plugins or extentions to get access to their support forum. And the theme i have (swatch) is free……..

    Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do about that – except suggest that you use another theme. These forums only support themes from this site.

    We do not support downloaded from anywhere other than www.remarpro.com. It is not our place to keep other theme providers in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

    Just to let you know:
    Solvet the “add media” problem by backrolling/downgrading an older version.
    Still can’t see any preview without updating my edits thou.
