    Hi.

I publish in my site https://artesecontextos.com posts in many languages and the site’s main language is Portuguese.

Sometimes, but not always, (I can’t undetrstand why) Google Website Translator automatically translates to Portuguese the posts in other languages.

However “I’m read” by people from different countries and languages, so I want to keep the posts in their original languages.

How can I prevent automatic translation to portuguese?

(The plugin now is running only on test’s site)

    Thank you

    Greetings,

I’m checking your test site, and the plugin seems to be configured correctly. The source language is set to Portuguese.

After a few tries, I couldn’t recreate the issue. The page doesn’t get automatically translated, unless you’ve selected a language before. You can try to remove the Portuguese flag.

As a side note, to know how to exclude sections from translation, please see the FAQ > How can I exclude some parts from being translated?

    Regards
